With temperatures hovering right around 100 degrees in Memphis, it’s a good excuse to take a short pause in our competition schedule. Of course I can never resist the urge to fire up the grill and cook some meat, so for dinner last night I decided to put together one of my favorite dishes….Shish Kabobs.
